The Jeffersonian promotes the history of our beloved town, along with today's events, culture, and new endeavors. Copies of the Jeffersonian are distributed to our local sponsors and throughout Jefferson, as well as to many high-traffic Visitor Centers and Chambers of Commerce throughout Texas.

As tourism has significantly increased in Jefferson this past year, so has the need to advertise in the Jeffersonian. Due to the increased demand for printed copies of the Jeffersonian, we will be continuing our distribution of 20,000 copies.

Sponsors will have an opportunity to proof & approve ads before we finalize the publication and go to print. Jefferson-based Right On! Graphics (Joe and Jessica Dougherty) will be responsible for the production services, graphic design, and layout. Commonly Asked Questions

Where is the Jeffersonian Magazine distributed and how many copies are printed?
We print 20,000 copies. Magazines are printed and in-hand by December 1st allowing us to give a copy to all Candlelight Home Tour attendees. We also distribute them throughout the area year-round, as well as twelve Travel Centers throughout the Tri-State area.

How do I submit payment for my ad?
If you would like to pay by check, please make payable to Historic Jefferson Foundation and mail to P.O. Box 688, Jefferson TX 75657. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you may do so on this webpage securely through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to do so). Simply click the Pay Now button below the ad size you wish to purchase and follow the prompts.

How do I receive magazines to give away at my place of business?
Simply call, text or email Joseph Dougherty at (903) 601-3277 or hjfadsales@gmail.com or pick them up at any of the blue newspaper stands located in Jefferson (in front of the Chamber of Commerce on Austin Street, in front of the Old Fudge Store on Walnut Street, or in front of Polk Street Antiques on Polk Street).

Do I have to design my own ad?
If you would like to submit print-ready artwork, that is great; however, our team is happy to create an ad for your review if needed.
